  • 10 baby corn cut into half

  • 1/2 cup maida

  • 1/2 cup corn flour

  • 1/2 spoon salt

  • 1/2 spoon pepper powder

  • 1/8 spoon turmeric

  • 2 cups oil for deep frying

Directions

    mix maida, corn flour, salt and pepper powder

  • 02

    cut baby corn into bite size

  • 03

    boil water with salt and turmeric. boil baby corn till half done. drain all water

  • 04

    sprinkle maida mixture little by little

  • 05

    ensure that the baby corn is nicely covered with the flour

  • 06

    deep fry the baby corn in hot oil on medium flame

  • 07

    serve with tomato sauce
