Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 4 baby corn


  • 1/2 tablespoon soya sauce


  • 1 teaspoon chili sauce


  • 3 teaspoon tomato sauce


  • 2 tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli powder


  • 3 tablespoon cornflour


  • 4 tbsp sesame seeds


  • 2 table spoon finely chopped coriander leaves


  • 4 toothpick


  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste


  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste


  • 4 teaspoon white oil

Directions

  • put the toothpick into the back portion of the baby corn
  • In a bowl mix together Kashmiri Red chilli powder Soya sauce Tomato sauce chilli sauce ginger paste garlic paste coriander leaves and cornflour
  • Coat the baby corn with this mixture
  • Now again coat the baby corn with sesame seeds
  • hit the oil in a frying pan then shallow fry the baby corn in low flame
