blanch four tomatoes
make puree
soak one cup basumathi rice
in a kadai heat two spoon oil, add jeera, shah jeera, somp, cardamum, cloves, green chillies and chopped garlic
add salt chopped onion and saute
add frozen peas, one cup water , pinch of turmeric, one cup tomato puree mint leaves and allow it to boil
now add soaked rice and cook on low flame. Alternatively you can put it in electric cooker
mix ghee and garnish with mint and chopped coriander. serve hot with raita
