Ingredients
Serves 2
1 cup maize flour
1cup whole wheat flour
1/2tsp salt
1/4tsp red chilli powder
1tsp Italian mix herbs
1tbsp sesame seeds
1cup carrot puree
1 cup grated lauki guard
Water approx 1 cup
Olive oil 1tbsp
3tbsp boiled sweet corns
3tbsp chopped onions
2tbsp chopped capsicum
4tbsp cheese grated
Directions
Take a bowl add maize flour and whole wheat flour to it.add salt and red chilli powder.
Add carrot puree and lauki to it.add enough water to make a paste. Paste should be in running consistency.
Preheat the waffle iron for 2 minute. Spread little oil to grease it.
Spread 3tbsp of paste on waffle iron. Top up it with chopped vegetables. Sprinkle herbs and sesame seeds over it.top up with cheese. Cover with another layer of paste to secure it.sprinkle little oil on it.
Cook for 33-4minutes to make it crisp from outside and cheesy from inside.
