Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/2 cup barley flour


  • 2 cup water


  • 1 tbsp chopped onion


  • 1 tbsp chopped capsicum


  • 1 tbsp chopped carrot


  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp green peas(optional)


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1/4 tsp vinegar


  • 1/4 tsp garlic ginger paste


  • 1 tsp pav bhaji masala

Directions

  • Finely chopped all vegetables
  • In a bowl mix barley flour and water
  • In a microwave safe bowl heat 1 tsp oil or ghee,add ginger garlic paste,saute for few seconds,then add all chopped vegetables
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes
  • Now pour barley mix (seive with strainer)
  • Add more or less water , adjust consistency according to your taste
  • Add all spices,and chopped coriander leaves,cook for 10 minutes, until thick consistency
  • Cook well ,pour in soup bowls serve hot
