Finely chopped all vegetables
In a bowl mix barley flour and water
In a microwave safe bowl heat 1 tsp oil or ghee,add ginger garlic paste,saute for few seconds,then add all chopped vegetables
Cook for 2-3 minutes
Now pour barley mix (seive with strainer)
Add more or less water , adjust consistency according to your taste
Add all spices,and chopped coriander leaves,cook for 10 minutes, until thick consistency
Cook well ,pour in soup bowls serve hot
