Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 4-6 small or medium rawa idlies ,

  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup ,

  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce idlies

  • 1 small onion chopped,

  • 1 capsicum ,

  • 2tsp boiled corn

  • 1 small sized jalepeno chopped

  • 1/4 cup mozerella cheese or – as per taste

Directions

    Mix together ketchup and chilli sauce.Mix onion, capsicum,jalepeneos and boiled corn. Take one idli and spread little sauce on it and grate little cheese on it.

    Arrange little vegetable mixture on it and again grate some cheese on it. Sprinkle little red pepper on it.

    Repeat with all the idlas. in the mean while pre- heat the oven at 180 degree And grease a baking tray and arrange the idlis on it.

    Bake for 3 -5 minutes .Garnish with fresh parsley. serve hot.
