Remove the corns from the corn chaff and marinate it with corn flour , rice flour , red chilli powder and salt
Let it sit for 1/2 an hour
Heat the oil in a pan and start frying the marinated corn in batches
let it get fried until it turns golden yellow
Sprinkle the chat masala
Garnish it with finely chopped coriander ,onion and lemon juice
Serve it !
