Grate bottlegourd
Boil potato,grate paneer
Mix bottlegourd and potato
Fill grated paneer and chopped dry fruits
Add gramflour and make balls of it
Fry in hot oil
Keep aside
Now heat oil in a pan
Crackle cumin seeds
Add grated onion saute it
Add all spices and salt
Grind peanuts tomato green chilli coriander leaves
Add this paste to the onion paste
Cook it for some time
Add cream in it
Dip koftas in it
Garnish with coriander leaves,grated paneer,and cream
