Ingredients

Serves 8

  • 4 chappati (whole wheat roti)

  • 2 boiled and mashed potato

  • 1 carrot grated

  • 1 capsicum chopped

  • 1/4 cup boiled and coarsely grinded sweet corn

  • 5-6 chopped green chilli

  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander

  • 1 tsp red chilly powder

  • 1 tsp chaat masala

  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp cornflour

Directions

    Make slurry by adding water in cornflour and keep aside

  • 02

    Take bread crumbs in a plate

  • 03

    Mix all the remaining ingredients in a big bowl

  • 04

    Adjust flavor according to taste

  • 05

    Make lemon size balls from the mixture

  • 06

    Dip this balls in a cornflour slurry and coat it with bread crumbs

  • 07

    Heat oil in a wok and deep fry it in medium flame

  • 08

    Serve it with coriander chutney or sauce
