1 bowl split black gram lentils
2 tablespoons split green lentils
2 tablespoons chickpeas
2 tablespoons yellow pulses
1 onion
2 green chillies
1 inch ginger
100 gram cabbage
1 carrot
500 mililitre oil to deep fry
1.5 teaspoon Salt to taste
1 teaspoon red pepper powder
1 teaspoon green coriander leaves
Directions
Wash and soak all the lentils for 2 hours
Then grind into thick smooth paste
Add all the finely chopped vegetables
Add chopped ginger,green chillies and coriander leaves
Add salt and pepper
Mix well
Now give the shape of vade
Deep fry in hot oil at medium flame till golden
Serve hot with tomato dip
