Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup white chickpeas


  • 2 tablespoons cornflour


  • 2 tablespoons gram flour


  • 2 tablespoons chana masala


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1 teaspoon red pepper powder


  • 1 onion


  • 2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste


  • 1 teaspoon green chilli paste


  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder


  • 500 mililitre Oil to deep fry

Directions

  • Wash and soak chickpeas for 6 hours
  • Now boil for 5 minutes
  • Then sprinkle half of the all spices and salt over them
  • Make a batter of cornflour and gram flour
  • Dip spiced chickpeas in this batter and deep fry till crispy
  • Then in a vok heat 2 tablespoon oil
  • Add chopped onion,ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste
  • Saute well
  • Now add remaining spices and salt
  • Mix fried chockpeas in this onion masala
  • Mix well and saute for 2 minutes
  • Now serve hot
