Ingredients

  • chicken mince 350 gm

  • split gram pulse 50 gm soaked

  • whole garam masala 1 tspn

  • bay leaf 1

  • ginger Chopped 1 tspn

  • garlic 1 tspn

  • onian chopped 1

  • oil for shallow frying 7to 8 tspn

  • salt 3 tspn

  • egg 1

Directions

  • 01

    in a pressure cooker add mince spices pulse salt ginger garlic and onian bay leaf

  • 02

    add 1 cup water

  • 03

    cook it till 5 whistles

  • 04

    let it cool

  • 05

    grind it with egg and 2 tspn oil

  • 06

    take skewers add some mince mixture spread it over skewers

  • 07

    cook from all sides
