Ingredients

  • 1 fish fillets of firm fish . I used sol 300 gm

  • juice of 1 lemon

  • salt 2 tspn

  • ginger garlic paste 1 tspn

  • black pepper powder 1 tspn

  • paste of 10 soaked almonds

  • paste of 1 fried onian

  • hung curd 1/2 cup

  • oil 6 tspn

Directions

    wash fish fillets

  • 02

    make a marinade of lemon juice curd salt black pepper ginger garlic paste onian paste almond past and 2 tspn oil

  • 03

    mix well place the fish pieces in this marinade. let it marinate for 1 hr

  • 04

    on a non stick pan or over a grill pan add oil .

  • 05

    arrange fish pieces in skewers.

  • 06

    pan fry from both sides
