Ingredients

  • Red onion 2


  • 1 TSP pepper


  • 1 TSP salt


  • 1 TSP red chilly powder


  • 1/2 TSP turmeric powder


  • 1 pinch soda


  • 1 1/2 cup gram flour


  • 1 cup water


  • 2 cup oil for frying

Directions

  • Take onion and peel it.
  • Slice it in circle and sprinkle some salt over it.
  • Take a bowl and mix gram flour.,salt,pepper, turmeric powder,red chilly powder,soda and some water and make a batter.
  • Heat oil in a kadai.When it is heated take onion Slice dip it in the batter and deep fry until golden brown.
  • Serve it hot with ketchup.
