Ingredients

  • Rice flour - 1cup

  • Gram flour - 2tsb

  • Chilly powder - 2tsp

  • Tumeric powder - 1tsp

  • Salt - 2tsp

  • Hing - 1/2 tsp

  • Water - 1cup

  • Oil -2 cups

Directions

    Clean the bitter gourd and slice them take a bowl add rice flour,gram flour,chilly powder, tumeric powder,salt,hing water & add little water mix them well add sliced bitter gourd and mix them and keep aside for 20 mins

  • 02

    Keep a pan on stove add oil once the oil is heated deep fry them & serve or bring them to room temperature and store in a air tight container for later use
