Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 1 flowers


  • Rice flour - 2tsb


  • Corn flour - 1tsb


  • Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp


  • Chilly powder - 1 tsb


  • Gram masala powder - 1tsp


  • Salt - 2 tsp as required


  • Water - 1 cup

Directions

  • First clean the cauliflower and cut it into small pieces later put it in hot water and leave it for 5 mins.later take a bowl add rice flour,corn flour,ginger garlic paste,chilly powder,gram masala powder,salt and add little water and mix them well
  • Later add clean & soaked cauliflower to the batter and mix them well then keep them aside for 15 to 30 mins
  • Later take a pan once the oil is heated deep fry them and serve them
