Heat oil in a pan and saute paneer until golden brown on sides. Remove paneer and keep it aside
In same pan, add butter
Add bay leaf and cumin seeds. Allow cumin seeds to crackle
Add onions, green chillies and saute until golden brown
Add ginger garlic paste and saute until raw aroma disappears
Add spice powders and mix well
Add tomato puree and salt,mix well. cook until raw taste disappears
Add cream and crushed kasuri methi. Mix well
Add paneer and cook for 2 minutes
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve warm with roti or pulao
