wash and cut green tomatoes
grind coriander seeds, jeera, pinch of turmeric
next add coriander, green chillies and fresh coconut and grind to paste by adding little water
heat two spoon oil jeera, pinch of hing, turmeric and the cut tomatoes
add salt and allow tomatoes to cook
add tamarind juice and small piece of jaggery
add the ground masala and boil for a while
add curry leaves and chilly powder
dish out and garnish. Goes well with rice and rotis
