Dry Roast suji till golden and crisp. Keep aside.
take ghee in a wok. Add urad dal, mustard seed, and cuminseeds.
Let them splutter, add peanuts and cook for sometime.
Add onion, green chillies and cook for 3-4mins.
Add tomatoes and cover cook for 5mins.
Add turmeric powder and salt. Mix well
Add water and give it a nice boil. Taste water for salt and adjust accordingly. Water should be little high in salt.
Add suji in batches, continuously stirring so that no lumps are formed.
Cover and Cook till suji absorbs all water.
Serve hot.
