Ingredients

Serves 10

  • Crab - 1/4 kg

  • Maida / all purpose flour - 4 tsb

  • Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsb

  • Chilly powder - 1/2 tsb

  • Pepper powder -1/2 tsb

  • Salt -1 tsb as required

  • Rusk dust - 1 cup

  • Egg - 1

  • Oil - 2 cups for deep fry

Directions

    Take a bowl break the egg add some chilly powder salt to it beat well and keep aside

  • 02

    Tale another bowl add cleaned crab flesh add some ginger garlic paste,chilly powder, pepper powder,salt as required & mix it well with help of spoon scramble the flesh and mix well later add some maida / all purpose flour and mix them well and some small balls and them once the oil is heated deep fry them and serve with mayonnaise
