In a bowl add conflour or plain flour, salt, pepper powder and mix with water
Batter should be running consistency, dip this cut babycorn in batter and deep fry them
After they turn golden brown transfer them onto tissue paper to remove excess oil
In other pan add oil and saute ginger and garlic cloves later add curry leaves, dried red chilly and fry them
Now add onions and add little salt and saute for a minute don't over cook
Meanwhile in a bowl add water, tomato sauce, soya sauce, red chilly sauce, veniger as veniger and tomato sauce taste sour adjust the quantity
Now add capsicum and saute them well
Meanwhile prepare conflour slurry by adding conflour and water to thicken sauce
After sauting capsicum add prepared sauce mixture, salt, red chilly powder and let it boil
Now add conflour slurry to thicken sauce and boil for a minute
Add fried babycorn and saute for a minute and garnish with coriander
Goes well with any soup😉
