Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1/2 kg Fish

  • 1/2 spoon ginger garlic paste

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Salt and pepper as per your taste(1/2 tea spoon)

  • 1 spoon full of chopped Cilantro

  • Mix herbs a pinch (1/4 tea spoon)

  • For Hummus.. 1/2 cup tahini

  • 1/4 cup of olive oil

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1/2 cup of boil chickpeas

  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Marinate the fish with the given ingredients

  • 02

    Keep it in to the fridge for 1/2 an hour

  • 03

    Stream it for 10 minutes

  • 04

    Blend all the Hummus ingredients together into the blender

  • 05

    Serve with salad
