Take measuring jar pour luke warm water add sugar,yeast mix well leave 15mins
Then take a bowl put flour,add sakt,baking powder,baking soda mix well pour soaked yeast sollution substitute make sure mix as soft bread doe kind
Then the doe should be rest should ferment as 5 hour it will increase size
After that open up gently shape as small round buns shape with the help of palms
Give a butterwash leave another 1hour
For boiling solution...1/2litre water ,1tsp baking soda
Keep boil water while water get bubbling aff baking soda mix well then slowly leave pretzel buns into boiling water leave buns into water after 2mins take out
Sprinkle kukus seeda on top
Set temperature as 220degree 20mins
Transfer buns in a baking tray allow to put in oven bake it
Once its perfectly bake cut as top of bun scoop inside part
Heat a pressure cooker put tomato pieces,soaked moong dal pour water cook as 3 vissles
Then take a blender put coconut,daniya seeds,red chilli make fine paste
Heat a cadai pour oil add mustard cumin seeds red chilli when tadaka splutter add curry leave pour cooked tomato dal paste then add already blended coconut pastee pour required water add salt as per tase,turmeric,curry leaves,asfoeteda,keep boil once kootu get bubbling then pour pretzel buns garnish it ready to serve
