Wash the chicken thoroughly. Pat dry.
Cut deep gashes.
Marinate with all the above ingredients (except the chaat masala) covered tightly for 5-6 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Let it come to room temperature before grilling.
Grill in preheated oven on Grill/Broil setting (500 Degree F) for 15 minutes.
Turn, baste with the juices & Grill for another 15 minutes.
Sprinkle chaat masala.
Enjoy with Green Chutney, Lemon & Onion rings.
