Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Chicken Legs/Drumsticks: 12


  • Vinegar: 2 Tablespoons


  • Yogurt (Thick): 4 Tablespoons (Beaten)


  • Ginger paste: 1 Teaspoon


  • Garlic paste: 1 Teaspoon


  • Tandoori masala: 2 Teaspoons


  • Red Chili powder: 1 Teaspoon


  • Turmeric powder: 1 Teaspoon


  • Chaat masala: 1 Teaspoon


  • Red food color: 5-6 drops


  • Salt: 1 Teaspoon/As per taste


  • Oil: 1 Teaspoon

Directions

  • Wash the chicken thoroughly. Pat dry.
  • Cut deep gashes.
  • Marinate with all the above ingredients (except the chaat masala) covered tightly for 5-6 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Let it come to room temperature before grilling.
  • Grill in preheated oven on Grill/Broil setting (500 Degree F) for 15 minutes.
  • Turn, baste with the juices & Grill for another 15 minutes.
  • Sprinkle chaat masala.
  • Enjoy with Green Chutney, Lemon & Onion rings.
