In a pan add 2 tbs oil..
After heat up add cumin seeds and saute for few sec..
Then add garlic cloves,green chillies and chopped tomato and fry them little becomes soft..we don't need to overcook.
Then take them out in a plate and allow it to cool down completely..
After that add in a mixer jar by adding roasted Til and salt as per taste..
Grind them into a fine paste..
Your chutney is ready to serve..
Serve with roti,rice,pakodas or anything of your choice.
