Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 cup green gram/moong sprouted

  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber

  • 1/2 cup pomegranate

  • 2-4 green chillies chopped

  • 2 tablespoon boiled peanuts

  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato

  • 1-2 tablespoon grated coconut

  • 1 tablespoon chopped Coriander leaves

  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt to taste

Directions

    In a big bowl mix sprouted moong, chopped cucumber, pomegranate, green chillies, boiled peanuts, chopped tomato black pepper, salt and lime. If you are serving sprouts kosambari after a while, then don't add salt before. Add salt only while serving and mix. Else the salad will become watery.
