Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Grapes 2 cup


  • Sugar 1/2 cup


  • Black salt 1/2 tsp


  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp


  • Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp


  • Panch phoren 1/4 tsp


  • Oil 2 tsp

Directions

  • Dry roast the whole red chilly,fenugreek seeds,black mustard seeds, and 1/2 tsp panch phoren. Once cooled to make a powder. Wash the grapes and tomato and make a paste of tomato. Heat oil in a pan and add the panch phoren to crackle. Add tomato paste and cook for 2 - 3 mins in slow flame. Add salt and turmeric powder and mix well. Add sugar and cook on a slow flame for 4 - 5 mins Now add grapes and mix well cook for 4 - 5 mins Lastly add dry roasted powder and mix well. Turn off the flame. Serve with puri,paratha.
