Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 Cup Besan


  • 1 tsp 1 tsp ginger paste


  • Green chilli paste 1/4 teaspoon


  • 1 tsp Salt & Turmeric


  • 1 tsp Sugar


  • 1 Tbsp Oil


  • 1 Cup Sour curd


  • 1 Cup Water


  • 1 tsp Fruit salt


  • For the tadka: 1 tsp Rai


  • 4-5 Kadhi patta


  • 2-3 Green chillies, julienne


  • 1/2 Tbsp Oil


  • For Garnishing: Dhania and green chillies 3-4 sprigs chopped

Directions

  • Mix the besan, ginger paste, chilli paste, salt, turmeric, sugar and oil and beat in the the curds. Beat till smooth.
  • Add the water and mix well again.
  • Add the fruit salt, stir gently and pour immediately into the greased microwavable dish, cover and cook at high for 6 minutes.
  • Heat the oil for the tadka, add the rai, kadhi patta and green chillies. Saute till slightly colored, and add 1 cup water.
  • Cut the dhokla into desired sized pieces and pour the tadka over. Garnish with the dhania leaves and serve.
