Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1) Watermelon 500gm (only rind)


  • 2) Onion - 2 chopped


  • 3) Besan - 1 small bowl


  • 4) Suji - 1/2 small bowl


  • 5) Green chillies - 2 finely chopped


  • 6) Green Coriander leaves chopped (few sprigs 5-6)


  • 7) Red Chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon


  • 8) Salt to taste


  • 9) Refined Oil for frying


  • 10) Water just enough to make batter

Directions

  • Take chopped watermelon Rind-Veg, to it add chopped onions and coriander leaves.
  • 2) Now add Besan and Suji along with red chilli powder and salt.
  • 3) Now add chopped green chillie, adding water to it mix all well.
  • 4) Heat oil in kadai, add little pakora batter and fry well.
  • 5) Take out in a plate and serve hot with a pc of bread along with tomato ketchup.
  • Serve hot
