Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1) Watermelon 500gm (only rind)

  • 2) Onion - 2 chopped

  • 3) Besan - 1 small bowl

  • 4) Suji - 1/2 small bowl

  • 5) Green chillies - 2 finely chopped

  • 6) Green Coriander leaves chopped (few sprigs 5-6)

  • 7) Red Chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • 8) Salt to taste

  • 9) Refined Oil for frying

  • 10) Water just enough to make batter

Directions

    Take chopped watermelon Rind-Veg, to it add chopped onions and coriander leaves.

    2) Now add Besan and Suji along with red chilli powder and salt.

    3) Now add chopped green chillie, adding water to it mix all well.

    4) Heat oil in kadai, add little pakora batter and fry well.

    5) Take out in a plate and serve hot with a pc of bread along with tomato ketchup.
