Wash and peel lotus stem
Cut into roundals
Sprinkle cornflour , salt and pepper powder over lotus stem roundals
Mix well
Deep fry till ccrispy
Now In a bowl add roasted murmure,peanuts and namkeen mixture
Add finely chopped onion ,tomato ,green chillies and coriander leaves
Add crushed fried lotus stem roundals ...some whole too
Add both chutneys
Mix well and serve immediately
