Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 200 gram lotus stem

  • 100 gram puffed rice (murmure)

  • 100 gram peanuts

  • 100 gram pumpkin seeds

  • 100 gram namkeen sev mixture

  • 500 mililitre oil to deepfry

  • 2 green chillies

  • 1 big onion

  • 1 tomato

  • 1tablespoon coriander leaves

  • 1 lemon

  • 2 teaspons green chutney

  • 2 teaspoon tamarind saunth

  • 1/4teaspoon salt

  • 1/4teaspoon red chilli powder

  • 1 teaspoon cornflour

Directions

    Wash and peel lotus stem

  • 02

    Cut into roundals

  • 03

    Sprinkle cornflour , salt and pepper powder over lotus stem roundals

    Mix well

    Deep fry till ccrispy

    Now In a bowl add roasted murmure,peanuts and namkeen mixture

    Add finely chopped onion ,tomato ,green chillies and coriander leaves

  • 08

    Add crushed fried lotus stem roundals ...some whole too

    Add both chutneys

  • 10

    Mix well and serve immediately
