Ingredients
Serves 3
200 gram lotus stem
100 gram puffed rice (murmure)
100 gram peanuts
100 gram pumpkin seeds
100 gram namkeen sev mixture
500 mililitre oil to deepfry
2 green chillies
1 big onion
1 tomato
1tablespoon coriander leaves
1 lemon
2 teaspons green chutney
2 teaspoon tamarind saunth
1/4teaspoon salt
1/4teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon cornflour
Directions
Wash and peel lotus stem
Cut into roundals
Sprinkle cornflour , salt and pepper powder over lotus stem roundals
Mix well
Deep fry till ccrispy
Now In a bowl add roasted murmure,peanuts and namkeen mixture
Add finely chopped onion ,tomato ,green chillies and coriander leaves
Add crushed fried lotus stem roundals ...some whole too
Add both chutneys
Mix well and serve immediately
