Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 200 gram bottle guard (Lauki)


  • 1 tablespoon corn flour


  • 2 tablespoons gram flour


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder


  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala


  • 500 mililitre oil to deep fry

Directions

  • Peel the bottleguard
  • Cut in finger shape
  • Sprinkle gram flour and cornflour
  • Add salt and red chilli masala
  • Add little water so that it sticks to lauki fingers
  • Mix well
  • Now deep fry in oil on slow flame till crispy
  • Keep on a tissue paper
  • Again deep fry for 2 minutes on high flame
  • Serve hot with with coriander dip
