Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 200 gram bottle guard (Lauki)

  • 1 tablespoon corn flour

  • 2 tablespoons gram flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder

  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala

  • 500 mililitre oil to deep fry

Directions

    Peel the bottleguard

  • 02

    Cut in finger shape

  • 03

    Sprinkle gram flour and cornflour

  • 04

    Add salt and red chilli masala

  • 05

    Add little water so that it sticks to lauki fingers

  • 06

    Mix well

  • 07

    Now deep fry in oil on slow flame till crispy

  • 08

    Keep on a tissue paper

  • 09

    Again deep fry for 2 minutes on high flame

  • 10

    Serve hot with with coriander dip
