500 grams chicken
1 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon curd
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
Wash chicken and soak in butter milk with little salt for 30 minutes.
Remove from butter milk and add all other ingredients except oil and keep in refrigerator for 4-5 hours. Adjust salt. Mix well.
After 5 hours remove from refrigerator. Apply oil on marinated chicken.
Place marinated chicken pieces on grill. And grill for 12-15 minutes
Flip the chicken and grill for 12-15 minutes again
Remove and coat with lemon juice if you like. And serve hot with green chutney
