Take dosa batter and add adequate water, salt and adjust consistency
Now in mixer jar add roasted chana daal, dried red chilly and salt and make paste using water
In a pan add oil and add turmeric, onions and salt let onions turn translucent
Now add tomatoes and allow to cook for 2min now add red chilly powder and set aside
Place a pan and allow to heat add dosa batter and spread it
Now spread chana daal paster over the batter and add oil
After chana daal is roasted little apply prepared tomato curry on dosa and allow to roast dosa
Now add coriander and serve hot with coconut chutney
