Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 cup kidney beans

  • 2 tablespoons roasted gram flour

  • 1 teaspoon brown onion

  • 2 tablespoons hung curd

  • 1 teaspoon cashew paste

  • 2 green chillies

  • 2 teaspoons clarified butter

  • 3 tablespoons galouti masala

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 4 tablespoons Oil to shallow fry

Directions

    Wash and soak kidney beans for 6 hours

  • 02

    Now boil and grind after cooling down to make a thick paste

    Add roasted gram flour

  • 04

    Add chopped green chillies and coriander leaves

  • 05

    Add galouti masala and salt

  • 06

    Add brown onion and hung curd paste

    Add cashew paste

  • 08

    Mix well

    Add clarified butter

    Mix again

    Now give desired shape of kababs

    Shallow fry on medium heat adding oil

    Cook from both sides evenly

    Serve hot with mint dip
