Serves 3

  • 4 big red and chopped tomatoes

  • 1medium pealed and chopped potato

  • 1 medium chopped onion

  • 3-4 garlic cloves

  • 1small beetroot

  • 3/4tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder

  • 1tsp butter

    Add tomatoes, onion, beetroot, potato, garlic and 1cup of water to a pressure cooker and give 3whistles.

    Cool down the cooker and blend the tomatoes smooth. Strain and keep aside.

    Heat butter in a wok, add strained soup, add salt and black pepper powder.

    Add 1cup of water and book till it gets a thick consistency. Adjust the seasoning and serve hot
