Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 250 gm drumsticks peel and cut in long size

  • 250 gm tometo

  • 4 green chilli

  • 2 mideam size potatos peel and cut in small size

  • 1 tsp zeera

  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd

  • 1 tsp coriander pwd

  • 1 tsp garam masala 1 pinch turmric pwd

  • 1 tsp Salt to test

  • 1/4 bowl Coriander leaves

  • 1 tbsp oil

    First boil the drum stick in water for 5 min

  • 02

    Take a mixer jar put tometo and green chilli

  • 03

    Grind it make pyuri

  • 04

    Take a cooker heat oil

  • 05

    Put zeera till red

    Add tometo pyuri

    After 5 min add poteto and drumstick

    Add red chill i pwd,coriander pwd,garam masala ,turmric pwd.and salt

    Saute till oil comes out

    Then add 2 cup of water

    3 Whistle the cooker

    Open the lid

    Spread coriander leaves

    Serve hot with chapati or rice
