A different curry for roti and naan when you have no option
Roughly chop tomatoes and onions or to a medium size
In a pan add oil and add seasoning and turmeric powder after they start spluttering add onions
Add little salt and saute till onions turn translucent
Now add tomatoes and add afquste salt and let it cook till it turn mushy
After few min it releases oil which is a sign that cooked well now add red chilly, jeera, coriander, garam masala powder and saute it
Turn off the flame and add coriander and servd with roti
