Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 cup left over rice


  • 2 Boiled potato medium


  • 1 Onion medium size


  • 1 Green chilli medium


  • 1 inch grated ginger


  • 2-3 tsp Coriander leaves


  • 1/4 cup Gram flour


  • 1/4 cup Corn flour


  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp Chat masala


  • 1 tsp Cumin powder


  • 2 tsp Salt


  • 3 cup Oil for deep fry

Directions

  • Collect all ingredients. Take a mixing bowl add mashed leftover rice,chopped onion,grated ginger,chopped coriander leaves,gram flour,corn flour and all spices with salt. Make a hard dough.left 5 min rest.
  • Now take a square tray.place aluminium foil in a tray.gracing with oil.now place the dough and press with spoon. Now place it refrigerater/freezer for 30 min
  • After 30min..place on plate and cut the cube or square shape. Now take a kadhai add oil for heat. Take one by one rice bite in to a heat oil,fry on medium to low flame untill crispy and golden brown.
