1/2 cup suji
1/4 cup curd
1/8 tsp mustard
1 tbsp crushed roasted peanuts Chopped curry leaves
1/8 tsp black papper powder
1/4 tsp roasted chana daal
1/4 tsp roasted urad daal
Salt
Water
Oil for gracing
Directions
Methods-: Take a kadhai. Add ¼ tsp oil add all ingredients. Roast well. After 6 min.
When suji is cool down add curd and water, Make a paste.
Take a grill snack maker,gracing with little bits of oil.
Now pour the batter, in a low flame cook at least 15 to 20 min both side. When suji tikka is golden n crispy.
Serve with green chutney/ chilli souce.
