Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Matar 1bowl

  • Boiled potatoes 3

  • Onion 2

  • Ginger garlic paste 1TSP

  • Mustard and cumin seeds 1 TSP each

  • Oil 250 grams

  • maida 2bowls

  • salt asper taste

  • Turmeric powder 1/2TSP

  • Red chilli powder 1TSP

Directions

    Take maida add a pinch of salt n hot oil 2TSP as moyan

  • 02

    Mix well add water little by little to make medium soft dough . Keep aside

    Heat 3tsp oil in kadahi add mustard n cumin seeds .When flutters add cut onion . Saute it till brownish.

    Add ginger garlic paste mix well add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,garam masala,salt mix well

    Add mashed potato boiled matar mix well .Cook for 5 minutes on low flame with lid. Stuffing is ready let it cool

    Make small balls from dough to make puris. Make puri put the stuffing in the middle

    Fold the sides of puri overlapping stick the ends with a finger wet with water

  • 08

    Make all the rolls

  • 09

    Heat oil on medium flame .Leave the roll in hot oil fry it .first on medium flame ,after turning the roll fry on low flame from both side till becomes golden. Rolls r ready to serv with tamarind chutney
