Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Chicken Breast: (Boneless) 2 nos

  • Walnut: (Chopped) 1/4 cups

  • Dried Cranberries 1/2 cups

  • Celery Stalks:(Chopped) 2 nos

  • Green Onions: (White & Light Green parts - Chopped) 1 sprig

  • Peppercorn Ranch Dressing:or as required 4 tbsp

  • Salt and Pepper Powder:or As per Taste 1/2 tsp

  • Croissants 4 nos

Directions

    Trim off fat from the Chicken Breasts & wash with warm water.

    Steam the Chicken Breasts in a large pot with 2 cups of water for 30-35 minutes or until tender.

    Keep checking for doneness.

  • 04

    Cool completely.

    Wash and cut the Celery finely.

    Dice the Green Onions.

  • 07

    Cut the cooked Chicken into small cubes.

    Place in a medium bowl.

    Add the Celery, Green Onions, Cranberries and Walnuts.

    Toss to combine.

    Add the Salad Dressing.

  • 12

    Add Salt and Pepper Powder. Stir well.

    Store in the Refrigerator.

  • 14

    Serve on Croissants.Enjoy!
