Wash the Watermelon under running water.
Wipe it with paper towels.
Place it on a Chopping/Cutting Board.
Cut into quarters.
Cut 1/2 to 1 inch slices. The slices will be triangular.
Place each triangle on a cutting/chopping board.
Use a small to medium sized Heart shaped cookie cutter to make Hearts.
Place the Hearts in a platter. Enjoy!
