  • English Cucumber: Medium (Skin on) 1 nos

  • Apple:Medium (Skin on) 1 nos

  • Beetroot: Medium (Skin removed) 1 nos

  • Chaat Masala/Salt/Pepper 1/2 tsp

  • Lemon juice: (Optional) 1 tsp


  • 01

    Dial your Mandolin to the thinnest setting. Slice the cucumber, apple & beet.

    You may use a sharp knife if you do not have a Mandolin. The slices should be paper thin & easily rollable.

  • 03

    Arrange the sliced cucumbers & apples on top of a large chopping/cutting board from right to left overlapping horizontally OR from bottom to top overlapping vertically.

    Cut the rolled apples into two halves to match with the height of the cucumber rose

  • 05

    Place the Cucumber & the Apple Roses in the middle of a flat serving dish/tray.

  • 06

    Arrange the Beet slices around the Roses to fill in or any other way you like.

    Sprinkle Chaat Masala/Salt/Pepper & a dash of lemon juice if you wish to
