In a pan, heat some Oil.
Add a pinch of Turmeric powder and stir.
Now add the grated as well as some scooped Carrot together and saute while tossing a bit in between
Add the daal and mix properly.
Sprinkle some water to soften Moong daal and the Carrots.
In a separate pan heat oil.
Add some Hing, as soon as the oil heats up.
Now add the boiled moong daal, Mustard seeds, Curry leaves, some finely chopped Green Chillis and dried Red Chilli
