  • 1 cup diced mangoes


  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper


  • 1 cup chopped cabbage


  • 1 cup diced cottage cheese


  • 1 tbsp chopped spring onions


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


  • 1/2 tsp salt or as per taste


  • 1 lemon juice

Directions

  • Fry the cottage cheese in the olive oil
  • Now mix all the ingredients and sprinkle spring onions on the salad
