1 cup white peas
1 small chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
2 chopped green chillies
2 tbs chopped corriander leaves
1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs green moong
1 tsp oil or butter
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbs black chana(optional)
Soak the white peas for at least 5 hours..
After that drain the water and pressure cook them for 5 to 6 whistle
After that add 1 tsp oil or butter in a pan then add chopped onions and saute them.
After that add chopped tomatoes and mix well..untill becomes soft a bit..
Then add boiled white peas..followed by salt,green chillies,cumin powder and lemon juice..mix every thing together.
At last sprinkle some corriander leaves and some green moong..u can add some soaked black chana also to make them more healthy and enjoy.
