Ingredients

  • 1 bowl black chane


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 1 tomato chopped


  • 1 cucumber chopped


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp black salt


  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala


  • 1 tsp hung curd for garnish

Directions

  • Pressure cook chanas presoaked for 3-4 hours in lukewarm water.
  • Now in boiled chanas add chopped onions, tomatoes and cucumber
  • Now add all seasoning with lemon juice.
  • Now add roasted pumpkin seeds and mix well everything
  • Enjoy this healthy salad by garnish with hung curd and enjoy
